Project Workflow
01 - Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a thoughtful conversation focused on how you live, gather, and experience home. During the consultation, we discuss the vision for your space, architectural direction, lifestyle needs, investment range, and overall goals for the project. 02 - Concept & Inspiration
Once the foundation is established, we begin developing the overall design vision through curated inspiration, material direction, spatial planning, and tonal storytelling. Each concept is approached with careful attention to architecture, natural light, texture, and atmosphere to create interiors that feel refined, timeless, and naturally evolved over time.
During the design development phase, selections begin to take shape through furnishings, finishes, fixtures, textiles, cabinetry, lighting, and custom details. We thoughtfully refine each layer of the home to ensure every element works cohesively together while balancing beauty, comfort, functionality, and architectural integrity.
04 - Documentation & Coordination
Detailed specifications, drawings, and schedules are prepared to support the construction and implementation process. Casa Paloma works closely with builders, trades, architects, and vendors to help maintain continuity throughout the project. This collaborative approach ensures that the original design vision is carried through with clarity and thoughtful execution.
05 - Procurement & Installation
As selections are finalized, furnishings, materials, and decorative elements are carefully sourced, tracked, and coordinated. Installation is approached with the same level of detail as the design process itself.
Each layer is intentionally composed to create spaces that feel elevated yet effortless, collected rather than overdesigned.
